Download the latest client software called Remote Agent under HSR-Series from the link to the right. |

Locate ragent_v2.15.1.12.msi
and double click on this
icon. |

Click on "next"
to install Remote Agent, start
menu shortcuts and desktop
shortcuts. |

Click "install"
to load program in default
"C: drive" or
designate your own personal
directory. |

Click on "close"
when completed. A Remote Agent icon
will appear on your desktop.
Double click on "Remote Agent" to run client
software. |

DVR client
software will open. |

Click on the wrench icon below the time clock in the upper right window.
The "Local Setup" window will appear. |

Under the "Group" window, right-click on "Site" and then left-click on "add-group". Type in any group name you wish, then OK. Now on the right window under "DVR Information", fill in any name for the DVR. |

Username is "ADMIN" all caps, Password is
"1234". |

Under "Camera Assign", use the drop down boxes on the DVR side to assign camera numbers to the split screen grid on the Client side. (i.e. Client x | x | x | x, DVR 1 | 2 | 3 | x ), fill in the DVR side for as many channels as the DVR you are connecting. When finished, click ADD. |

Under the wrench icon, you will find a white scroll down bar with a down arrow on the right side of it, click that and select the new group you had just created and press connect. (The two buttons below this bar are Connect/Disconnect). |

The new DVR cameras will show up right away, use the display menu to select how many cameras to split in the window to view all cameras (i.e. use quad to show four screens). |
